Having lived on four continents, Dania uses her extended experience and exposure to bring ideas to life. With a strong background in design and an even stronger grasp of project management, Dania takes the lead in helping clients successfully communicate with their targeted audience. As principal project leader at Base Three, Dania oversees new business and manages the process for all the studio’s accounts. She makes sure the client’s vision and that of the work produced are on a single track, the right one.
Start with an eye for detail and add some commitment to quality. Mix them up and finish off with an outstanding sense of design and you will get Marianne’s recipe for a perfect visual solution. Marianne drives the creative development at Base Three. She continually challenges the studio’s creative team to design fresh channels of communication that are effective, relevant, and always a delight to the eye.
Gabriel has more than ten years of experience finding creative ways to enhance brands and engage with audiences, both online and off. He also has years of software engineering experience – knowledge that serves him well as the leader of our technology team. From the planning of a site’s user experience, designing the pages, and all the way through “go live” Gabriel ensures that the products and strategies we create for our clients are supported by the best designs and technologies for the job. Gabriel is one part storyteller to two parts code nerd.
Carine is always up for a challenge. She is never in idle mode always looking for the next project to venture into. She enjoys taking complex problems and turning them into simple and beautiful graphic solutions. She is driven by logic and structure and finds communicating in shapes and colors a breeze. Her over 8 year background in editorial and web design must help, but in our opinion what really does it for her is her versatility with aesthetics spanning various fields. Nowadays, she freely wanders between the digital and print realms, as art director and designer.
When Mark is not in the skate park performing tricks, he is busy designing, creating, and illustrating. He has a strong sense of digital design and even better understanding of the importance of deadlines! When Mark graduated from design school he was directly sucked into the advertising industry. We are glad to have pulled him back to the design world. Welcome back Mark!
